"Garage"
Garage is a 2007 film starring Pat Shortt. The film was shot on location at Kennedy's gargage in Rathcabbin village. Other scenes were filmed in Birr, Portumna and Woodford in late summer 2006, and several local people appearred in the film.

The film won the CICAE Art and Essai Cinema Prize at the Cannes Film Festival, Best Film, Best Script and Best Actor (Pat Shortt) at the Irish Film & Television Awards in 2008.
